Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 17, 2026
This policy applies to all mobile games published by Rapace Studio ("we", "us") on Google Play and the Apple App Store. It explains what data our games handle and what your rights are.
Data we collect
Our games are designed to collect as little as possible:
- Game progress is currently stored locally on your device. Games with online features (cloud saves, leaderboards, progress verification) may also process progress data on our servers or those of our providers.
- No account is currently required to play our games. If a game introduces accounts or online features, it will ask for the minimum needed to run them (for example a player identifier).
Third-party services
Some of our games use third-party services that may collect information used to identify your device, such as a device identifier or advertising ID. Depending on the game, these may include:
- Google Play Services (app distribution, leaderboards, cloud saves)
- Unity Ads and Google AdMob (advertising)
- Firebase Analytics and GameAnalytics (anonymous usage statistics such as session length or level reached, so we can see where players get stuck)
Each game's store listing declares exactly which of these services it uses. These providers process data under their own privacy policies, linked above.
Advertising
Games that show ads may use your device's advertising ID to serve them. You can reset this ID or opt out of personalized ads at any time in your device settings (Android: Settings โ Google โ Ads; iOS: Settings โ Privacy โ Tracking).
Online features
Some games may offer online features such as leaderboards, cloud saves, or events. To run them, we may process technical data (device identifier, player identifier, game progress, scores) and check submitted scores or progress for integrity. This data is kept only as long as the feature needs it.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never see or store your payment details.
Children
Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
If you are in the European Economic Area, the GDPR gives you the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, and to object to its processing. Since we store almost nothing ourselves, most requests will concern the third-party services listed above, but we will help you exercise these rights either way. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
To delete data held by third-party services, you can also reset your advertising ID or reinstall the game, which severs the link with previously collected identifiers.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our games evolve. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Significant changes will be flagged in the games themselves.
