Terms of Service

These terms apply to all mobile games published by Rapace Studio ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing one of our games, you agree to them. If you don't, don't use the games.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play our games on devices you own, for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, decompile, resell, or redistribute the games or any part of them.

Intellectual property

The games, including their code, art, audio, names, and logos, belong to Rapace Studio or our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you.

Virtual items and purchases

Games may offer in-app purchases of virtual items or currency. These have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are lost if you delete the game or your progress. Purchases are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their own terms; refund requests go through them.

Fair play

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs for unfair advantage in ranked features, interfere with other players, or use the games for anything illegal. We may verify scores and progress submitted to online features, remove entries we consider invalid, and block access to those features (such as leaderboards) at our discretion.

Availability

We may update, change, or discontinue a game or any of its features at any time. We try to preserve player progress across updates but cannot guarantee it.

Disclaimer and liability

Our games are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rapace Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the games. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply.

Changes

We may revise these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
